St Petersburg, FL - February 8, 2025: General Contractor Steve Smith is rebuilding, and/or managing extensive renovations, for several home owners impacted by the 2024 Hurricane Season throughout the Tampa/St Petersburg market areas. Just a few external and internal photos are shared here for reference. I have enjoyed over 10 years of collaboration with Avista Homes on Steve's projects across 8 States in the Eastern/Southeastern US. Together we have managed a couple thousand home renovations and hundreds of new ground up construction of single family residential homes as well.
