Welcome Ellavoz Neighborhood Homes Fund for its recent equity investment to expand the capacity of the CAPC SFR Home Impact Fund in Florida and New Jersey!

This first CAPC SFR new construction fund now has the capacity to produce over 100 new homes per year - all affordable between 80% and 120% of Area Median Income (AMI) levels in urban core neighborhoods. Our first 20 new homes have been priced at an average of 85.28% AMI affordability in Florida.

A special thanks to our teams in Florida and New Jersey for the excellent collaboration to bring high quality, healthy, & energy efficient new homes to the market for owner occupants only as an alternative to rental homes!
