Jacksonville, FL - May 19, 2025: The first home building permits were approved in April 2025 by the City of Jacksonville for this new single family residential development. The velocity of new construction of these 45 new SFR homes has been impressive to witness!

Our Principal has served in operations management roles for Ellavoz affiliated funds since 2018 and he has been collaborating with American Classic Homes Founder/CEO Richard Briggs on enterprise growth projects such as this since February 2023. The Ellavoz Fund closed on its original purchase of the entitled land for this project in the summer of 2023.
