Our next batch of 7 completions in Florida are SOLD with closings over the next few weeks. All of our new homeowners will enjoy these 3BR/2BA homes as their primary residences - which were affordable with incomes between 88% and 112% of Area Median Income (AMI) with an average of 100% AMI!
