Our first batch of new homes in Florida are just about completed and already under contract to close in April with new home buyers! Check out the teams work in progress photos below and on our Funds website here (coming soon):
The CAPC SFR Home Impact Fund has dozens of additional new home construction projects active and were growing into additional cities in Florida and New Jersey.
The new homes are affordable at or below area median income levels for local home buyers seeking home ownership opportunities. We offer fee-simple ownership as well as home ownership with land trusts to reduce initial buyer costs and to assure long term affordability.
