Our first batch of 7 new homes have sold and closed with new home owners. We have 8 more homes scheduled for completion & sale this summer with dozens more in development in FL and NJ. Our non-profit owned fund buys vacant "infill" lots in urban core neighborhoods of major cities. Our investments are made for community development and to provide home ownership opportunities as an alternative to rentals.
