Flat Rock, NC - March 31, 2025: Castles Gate Investments has completed its initial investment into the new Simple Life Real Estate Opportunity Fund. This Fund was formed in Q1 2025 to expand and scale the legacy business of Founder/CEO Mike McCann into an enterprise class platform for new tiny home community developments. Our Principal has been collaborating with Simple Life since September 2023.
