Since the official launch of the CAPC SFR Home Impact Fund in June...we’re off to a great start!

We now have 18 new home construction projects active and over 20 additional lots in our pipeline to close during Q1 2021.

These new homes will be affordable between 80% and 100% of area median income levels for local home buyers seeking home ownership opportunities in highly competitive urban markets in Florida and New Jersey.

The first round of new homes under construction will be listed for sale starting January 2021 when we’ll have dedicated support in place to speak with prospective new home buyers.
